Breakfast Ideas For Your Session

One thing that is SUPER important for all of our clients is to make sure to eat breakfast before they come in for their shoot! 

Why?

Because this is exhausting AF!!

It's a long day and the poses are tough, so it's important to fuel your body before your shoot. Here are some quick and easy breakfast ideas you can grab and go!

  • Yogurt & berries 
  • Almonds & an apple 
  • Protein shake & an orange
  • Cheese & pepperoni/salami 
  • Protein bar & banana 
  • Apple & peanut butter
  • English muffin & nut butter
  • Hard boiled eggs 
  • Instant oatmeal & yogurt

Hopefully these quick and easy breakfast ideas give you some ideas for what you can eat before you leave, or even on the ride to see us. 

Skipping breakfast is a horrible idea - even if you think it's going to make your tummy look more flat. I promise it's not worth it and it truly doesn't make a bit of difference in your images. We don't want you feeling lightheaded or fatigued during the most important part of your day! 

And don't forget to drink a ton of water! We have drinks for you at the studio as well.
