Hi, I'm Emiliegh

Lead Photographer & Office Manager

Emiliegh first picked up a camera over a decade ago and has been passionately capturing moments ever since. Before joining our team, she developed her craft as a freelance photographer and deepened her design expertise as a graphic design student.

At Towner Studios, Emiliegh wears many hats. She’s often on set, taking stunning photographs and shooting and editing videos. When she’s not capturing images, she’s busy editing and retouching photos to perfection. Emiliegh also plays a crucial role in training associate photographers, ensuring they meet our high standards, and manages the day-to-day operations of the office and studio. Outside of work, Emiliegh treasures time spent with her husband and two sons, enjoying family adventures and creating lasting memories.

When she’s not busy making magic happen, Ali enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their adorable corgi, Zelda.

Hi, I'm Alexis

FAQS

What does a boudoir experience look like with Towner Studios?

When you book a shoot with us, you are booking a half day luxury experience! We have you come in at 9:00am or 1:00pm to get started on hair and makeup. After hair and makeup we help you select your wardrobe pieces and shoot for 60-90 minutes. After we finish your shoot, we will wrap up for the day, and then we will see you at your image reveal appointment!

What is the difference between the session fee and collections?

Your session fee covers all of your services for the entire experience!

- Hair and makeup

- Refreshments

- Access to the client wardrobe

- Your exclusive time in studio

- Your 60-90 minute session

- All editing and retouching

- Your image reveal appointment

Your session fee also acts as your session retainer (deposit). This ensures that we are committed on both sides to show up for your selected shoot date and allows us to reserve the studio JUST for you!

Your collection is what you get to take home with you!

For example: heirloom quality albums, metal wall art, digital images, etc. We have several packages to choose from ranging in price and products included!

How far out should I book my experience?

Most of our clients book between 4 and 6 months in advance. This gives you time to prep for your shoot and set up an interest free pre-payment plan. Although many clients book 4-6 months out, we do allow bookings anywhere from soonest availability to 12 months into the future!

Will my photos be shared?

We take privacy very seriously. Whatever privacy level our clients are comfortable with will be respected 100%. Closer to your session we will email a questionnaire where you can let us know if you're comfortable with being shared or if you'd like them kept private.

How can we tailor the session to fit my comfort level and body confidence?

We'll chat with you during hair and makeup about your comfort levels, and we keep open communication throughout the entirety of your session to make sure you're feeling enthusiastically confident! Remember- this day is all about you and we are more than happy to accommodate your comfort levels however we can!

Is it okay to bring props?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring anything from home. We've had clients bring anything from button ups or jerseys to a cloak and lightsabers! This is your session, we're here to make your vision happen!

Can I send you a few inspiration photos or a Pinterest board for reference?

Absolutely! We would love to see your vision!

Do you have any tips for calming nerves or helping me feel confident in front of the camera?

You can always practice poses and facial expressions in front of the mirror to ease your nerves. It's absolutely normal and expected that you'll be a bit anxious in the beginning, but I've noticed most of our clients really relax as soon as they sit down for hair and makeup! When you're with us you're just one of the girls!
